Disallowance of Financial Expense

With the Presidential Decree numbered 3490 published in the Official Gazette dated February 4, 2021, the rate to be applied in the financing expense restriction was determined, thus the financing expense restriction regulation came into force.

Change in Public Offering

Cumhuriyet Newspaper, 13.02.2021

With the amendment made in the Listing Directive of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., the "market value of publicly offered shares" requirement was changed from 20 million TL to 40 million TL for the BIST SubMarket, from 50 million TL to 75 million TL for BIST Main Market, from 200 million TL to 300 million TL for BIST Stars.
